The audit committee is comprised of three members of the TSHF Board. The primary purpose of the Committee is to assist the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities with respect to:

• The financial reporting process;
  
  
• The system of internal controls and risk management; and
  
• The internal and external audit process.
