Champion Within Luncheon

The luncheon will be emceed by Emmy Award winning sports broadcaster and 2014 Lifetime Achievement recipient, Hope Hines.
Doors will open at 11 a.m. and lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m., followed by an awards presentation and a keynote speaker. Last year’s speaker was Fred Bailey, founder of Children Are People, an after-school program that offers disadvantaged Sumner County students a chance to develop the academic and life skills needed to succeed – is scheduled to appear as the keynote speaker. Mr. Bailey was a blind wrestler and TSU graduate.
The luncheon will also honor several outstanding athletes, teams and contributors within the sports realm (honorees will be announced at a later date.) Reserved tickets for the luncheon are $40 and can be purchased by calling 615 202-3996.
