Charles Davis played defensive back for the University of Tennessee football team from 1982 to 1986. While at Tennessee, Davis earned a master’s degree in history. Davis went undrafted in the 1987 NFL Draft, but signed with the Dallas Cowboys. Ultimately, Davis did not make the team, but began a career in sportscasting soon thereafter.
He is currently an NFL analyst for CBS, and serves as the analyst for the Madden NFL series.
