A memorial service has been set in Houston for Tennessee Titans owner Bud Adams, who died Monday at the age of 90. The Tennessee Titans said in a news release the service will be at 2 p.m. EDT Monday at Second Baptist Church with visitation from 5pm to 8pm EDT Sunday at George H. Lewis and Sons in Houston.
Adams founded the Houston Oilers and moved the team to Tennessee in 1997. The franchise was renamed the Titans. Adams is also credited with helping found the American Football League.
