It is bowl season again and the state of Tennessee is well represented with a school from each region playing in the post season. Middle Tennessee will kickoff the schedule on Christmas Eve when they take on Western Michigan in the Popeyes Bahamas Bowl, Memphis will again get a chance to prove they are a very talented team as they try to defeat their second SEC opponent this year in the Brimingham Bowl and Tennessee will go south for the second time in a row when they face a ten win team in Northwestern at the Outback Bowl.
The Music City Bowl and Liberty Bowl have some intriguing matchups as four teams from the power five conference face off to represent their rightful conferences and as they try to prove which league is the best in the land.
